SWAPMEAT is a co-op action roguelite shooter where every enemy you tear apart becomes a new tool - and sometimes a new problem. Drop onto bizarre, hostile worlds overrun by aliens, mutants, and rogue machines, complete mission directives, collect valuable meat samples, and swap out body parts on the fly to survive long enough to get your employee review.

Behind the chaos is Rangus Meats, a galaxy-spanning corporation whose experiments have unleashed all sorts of biological nightmares. Your crew’s job is simple in theory: land, fight, grab Meat Cores and other samples, and get back before the planet chews you up. In practice you’ll be juggling constant waves of weird enemies and shifting objectives while adapting your body mid-combat.

Combat revolves around ripping off alien limbs and grafting them to yourself in real time. Each new head, torso, arm, or pair of legs comes with its own effect - from extra mobility and brutal melee moves to auto-turrets, multi-directional firing, or grenade-launching attacks - so your playstyle changes with every drop. There are thousands of possible part combinations, forcing you to improvise and make the best of whatever drops before the pressure becomes overwhelming.

The action is fast and relentless, built to reward quick reactions and on-the-fly strategy. Expect non-stop waves of screwball enemies and escalating difficulty that tests your ability to adapt under fire. The game supports 1-4 players with dynamic scaling: more players make encounters tougher, and fewer players ease the challenge.

As a roguelite, each run delivers new enemies, events, and unexpected part synergies, so no two missions feel the same. Between runs you can spend research and salvage at HQ to unlock weapons, perks, and lasting upgrades that broaden your options in future attempts.
