Dice Legacy is a unique roguelike survival city builder where you lead your realm by literally rolling dice. Unlike traditional games where dice rolls happen in the background, in Dice Legacy, they are a central gameplay element. As you explore uncharted lands, you must guide your loyal subjects, gather resources, construct buildings, and expand your realm's borders. Your strategy will be tested as you encounter enigmatic factions in the ringworld, but beware of the lurking dangers in the mists beyond your realm.
In Dice Legacy, your dice represent the subjects of your realm. You must keep them happy and healthy by providing food, ale, and medicinal herbs, or they may suffer from starvation, illness, injury, or even freeze to death during harsh winters. The game features a procedurally generated ringworld, encouraging you to adapt your playstyle as you explore, gather resources, and construct new buildings. As you develop your strategy, your population evolves from humble peasants to citizens, soldiers, priests, or merchants. Collaborate with the Council to pass new policies and keep the various dice classes content, potentially altering the course of the game.
You can create powerful Constructs by forging dice together, unlocking unique abilities to ensure your success across different playthroughs. With six rulers to unlock, each offering different starting conditions and abilities, every playthrough is unique, providing opportunities to uncover the secrets hidden in the ringworld's mists. Discover mysterious civilizations, defend your settlement against The Others, and unravel the mysteries of this uncharted land.
