ENTITY: THE BLACK DAY is a third-person horror-action experience set in claustrophobic underground facilities and storm-drain tunnels. You play as Adam, a former special-forces operative sent to retrieve proof that a government-funded viral research program led to catastrophic loss of life. What starts as a data-retrieval mission rapidly becomes a fight to survive and uncover disturbing truths-events that make Adam question the mission and his own ties to the facility.

Gameplay mixes tense, fast-paced combat with stealth and resource management. Face enemies using firearms, melee strikes, evasive moves, and devastating executions when foes are weakened. Ammunition is scarce and medical injections are limited, so careful aim and tactical choices matter. As you progress you’ll unlock new weapons and take on powerful boss encounters with unique patterns to learn and counter.

A key feature is Adam’s advanced AI-driven behavior: he reacts like a real companion, comments on situations, interacts directly with the player, and can even break the fourth wall. You can adjust how much he engages with you to shape the experience. The game also blends psychological horror with a strong narrative, atmospheric visuals, varied levels, environmental hazards and puzzles-some of which require thinking outside the game by combining clues from both the virtual world and reality.
