You’ll handle many parts of office management, from scrubbing floors and removing trash to fixing walls, painting, tiling, and selling unwanted junk to fund upgrades. Tenants are an important part of the game. They are not just simple customers - they have their own personalities, habits, and demands. Some want specific equipment, some need a clean and comfortable environment, and others expect quiet working conditions or even space for parties. Keeping them satisfied helps improve your reputation and bring in more money.

At the same time, you must keep the building running day to day by fixing broken printers, maintaining coffee machines, and reacting to problems before they grow into bigger disasters. If you ignore issues for too long, small troubles can quickly turn into serious setbacks.
