VEIN is a post-apocalyptic multiplayer survival sandbox set in a world where the apocalypse has already happened. Zombies roam the Earth, most of humanity is gone, and society has collapsed. In this harsh new reality, you play as a survivor trying to stay alive, gather resources, and help rebuild what was lost.

The game focuses on open-ended survival and cooperation. You can explore abandoned buildings, collect supplies, fight bandits, defend your home, and build safehouses with friends. Nearly everything in the world is interactive, from opening mailboxes and turning faucets to knocking on doors or even throwing a can of beans at a zombie.

VEIN features a dynamic world that changes over time, with seasons and long-term random events affecting gameplay. Its AI is designed to be especially dangerous, as enemies can see, hear, feel, and smell you, making every encounter feel tense and unpredictable. The game also includes a wide range of zombie variants, adding even more challenge to survival.

Character creation is highly customizable, letting you adjust your appearance, body type, and stats to create a survivor that fits your style. Long-term survival is a major part of the experience as well: you can hunt, fish, trap animals, farm crops, chop wood, and rely on your own systems once canned food becomes scarce.

To help you travel across the world, VEIN includes vehicles such as cars and trucks that can be refueled, maintained, and upgraded with new parts for better performance and repairs. Demo Info: the demo lets you play in a limited region of the world and caps skill progression at level 50 instead of 100, but it has no other restrictions. It also receives regular feature updates and bug fixes alongside the main game.
