I Am Alive is a tense survival adventure set in a bleak, believable post-apocalyptic world. One year after a catastrophic global event, you play as a lone survivor trying to make it through a ruined city while searching for your long-lost wife and daughter. The atmosphere is dark, oppressive, and full of danger, making every step feel like a fight for survival.

What makes the game stand out is its focus on resource management, exploration, and psychological tension rather than constant action. The city is filled with toxic dust, rubble, and collapsed buildings, and you’ll need to climb through the remains of skyscrapers to find scarce supplies. Not every survivor is an enemy, but many are hostile, and some use group tactics to hunt you down.

Combat is built around intimidation and smart decision-making. Ammo is extremely limited, so you often need to rely on bluffing and deception instead of open firefights. This creates a unique survival experience where every bullet matters, and even strong enemies may force you to think carefully before acting.

The PC version also includes several improvements:
- Easy mode with infinite retries and a more forgiving introduction
- Replay mode to revisit any level, uncover secrets, alternate routes, and hidden resources
- Higher resolutions, sharper graphics, and customizable visual settings

I Am Alive can be downloaded and is a good choice for players who enjoy atmospheric survival games with a dark setting, scarce resources, and a strong sense of tension. Keep in mind that online features are no longer supported, so multiplayer and co-op are unavailable.
