As an admiral, you command fleets made up of destroyers, cruisers, battleships, carriers, aircraft and submarines-each type with distinct capabilities and limitations. Pick your forces carefully and position them with tactical foresight to outmaneuver and outgun your opponents in large-scale encounters.

The campaign goes beyond ship-to-ship combat. You must manage resources, develop and upgrade territories, and carry out intelligence operations and sabotage to weaken enemy powers. Decisions have trade-offs: short-term gains may cost long-term strength, so planning and resource management are key.
