Meiji Tokyo Renka Full Moon is a historical fantasy otome game in which an ordinary high school girl named Mei Ayatsuki is swept back to the Meiji era after encountering a self-styled magician called Charlie beneath a red full moon. In an alternate Meiji Tokyo where spirits (Mononoke) are known to exist, Mei slips into the Rokumeikan and meets a circle of charismatic historical figures - including Ougai Mori, Shunso Hishida, Otojiro Kawakami, Kyoka Izumi, Gori Fujita, Yakumo Koizumi and, in this edition, Tosuke Iwasaki. Through these encounters she discovers she is a Tamayori, able to see supernatural beings, and that this gift reshapes her relationships and destiny in an unfamiliar time.

This release brings additional content: a newly written bonus scenario and an added route for Tosuke Iwasaki (voiced by Yoshimasa Hosoya). The game supports multiple languages (Japanese, English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese), while voice acting remains in Japanese only. Meiji Tokyo Renka Full Moon is a text-driven romance experience written by Yukiko Uozumi, with character designs by Karu and performances by a cast including Daisuke Namikawa, KENN, Kosuke Toriumi, Nobuhiko Okamoto, Jun Fukuyama, Shinnosuke Tachibana, Yoshimasa Hosoya, Tomoyuki Morikawa and others.
