Call to Arms: Panzer Elite puts you in the hatch of a WWII tank commander, blending tactical realism with cinematic moments across both third- and first-person perspectives. As a German platoon leader in 1944 you must assemble and command a small force of tanks and armored vehicles, pushing back Allied advances across authentic battlefields. The campaign spans pivotal actions around St. Lô, Mortain and the Ardennes, while the returning skirmish mode lets you jump into standalone battles on either side of the conflict.

Gameplay emphasizes careful positioning, teamwork and vehicle management rather than run-and-gun action. Tanks feel weighty and distinct; ballistics and damage are physics-driven and complex, so angling, cover and target selection matter. Environments are fully destructible, creating evolving tactical situations as buildings, hedgerows and terrain are torn apart. You’ll also grow attached to your crew - individual soldiers develop through the campaign, bringing personal stories and consequences to combat decisions.

Skirmish mode expands on features from Call to Arms: Gates of Hell, offering nine PvPvE missions and a variety of ways to contest strategic landmarks. The title includes 20 playable vehicles (10 per faction) with historically inspired choices such as the Tiger and the StuH 42, letting you tailor your platoon composition and tactics. Single-player and co-op campaign options allow for cooperative play through five narrative-driven missions.
