Each villager is driven by advanced AI, with individual traits, quirks and ambitions that influence productivity and social dynamics, so balancing relationships and needs is key.

Build a robust economy by assigning jobs, creating production chains, managing agriculture and resource flows, and trading with visitors. Higher-tier and rare villagers bring new abilities, better efficiency and crafting options, but also require more upkeep.
