DREADZONE throws you into 2030, when the Zeno-29 virus has shattered civilization and turned the infected into terrifying mutants. Governments sealed thousands of quarantine zones-isolated wastelands where the infected are abandoned to survive or die. You are one of them, sent to a remote, desolate zone of abandoned factories, crumbling houses, underground hideouts and untamed terrain. Supplies are scarce, danger is constant, and the virus is slowly taking hold.
Survive by gathering resources, hunting wildlife, scavenging ruined settlements and trading with the few remaining survivors. Build shelters to shield yourself from the elements and hostile forces, craft weapons, tools and essential supplies, smelt ore and cook food. Venture deeper into the zone to infiltrate bunkers, forsaken factories and broken homes while facing relentless zombies, horrifying mutants, wild animals and ruthless soldiers who shoot on sight.
Your path is a choice: focus on simple survival and safety, join the last scientists and work toward a cure, or fully embrace the infection and fight alongside the mutant hordes against the oppressive government. Every decision shapes how you live out your remaining days in the unforgiving quarantine.
