You start by picking one of eight unique mages-each grants a special bonus and comes with a signature spell-alongside two focused combat casters. As you progress, recruit from 25 different unit types to assemble a balanced force, then face off against 35 fearsome monsters. Eleven versatile spells let you freeze, burn, or heal at critical moments.

Earn Blood Shards with every playthrough to unlock persistent Power Ups before you begin a new adventure. Choose your path through two structured zones-an arena and a forest-each offering 30 standard levels capped by five brutal endgame encounters. For a change of pace, dive into a cave mode where every floor throws random enemies at you.
