Set in the troubled realm of Senenthia, your mission is to rescue the king’s daughter from the clutches of the treacherous Lord Hanshek, and every decision you make can drastically alter the course of your adventure.

The game invites you to build and customize powerful decks from a vast collection of over 500 cards, more than 300 items, and a diverse roster of 16 heroes across four distinct classes. Whether you choose to command a party of four heroes on your own or team up with others in 2-4 player online co-op, you’ll need to plan your strategy while staying ready to adjust to the ever-changing, procedurally generated events along your journey.

As you progress through four acts, each culminating in a fearsome boss encounter, you'll find that your choices truly matter. You can experiment with different class combinations to discover new playstyles, craft synergistic deck strategies, and even tackle a unique Obelisk Mode—a tougher roguelike challenge that tests your preparedness in a randomized adventure.

Across the Obelisk also offers cross-platform multiplayer on Windows, Mac, Linux, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. A Paradox Account isn’t required for local or same-platform co-op, though it’s needed for crossplay to help manage features like muting and reporting across devices. Additionally, while story content from DLCs is shared across the party, the heroes themselves remain personal to each player.
