Killer Chat! Original Edition is a darkly funny dating sim and visual novel with a serial-killer twist. After asking way too many murder-related questions online for your book research, you end up invited into a mysterious chatroom full of serial killers. To survive, you have to pretend you belong there, gather inspiration for your writing, and maybe even fall in love along the way.

You play as a fully customizable writer, with options to change your name, appearance, personality, gender, clothing, and more. Over the course of the story, you’ll chat with a cast of killers from different backgrounds and genders, make choices that shape the plot, and unlock one of multiple endings. The game includes branching story paths, voice and video calls, messages, friend requests, and the freedom to write your own profile and chat messages.

The tone mixes satire, romance, and danger, with a cast that is strange, charming, and a little terrifying. Each route offers several hours of content, and the game features original art, custom music, and sound effects. Just be warned: this world is full of death, murder, abuse references, and, well, serial killers.
