Neon Inferno is a stylish 2D action game that blends side-scrolling combat with gallery-style shooting, set in a neon-soaked, dystopian New York. You step into the shoes of an assassin working for the Family crime syndicate and fight to crush rival factions across the city, all rendered in detailed pixel art and supported by a moody soundtrack.
Play as either Angelo Morano or Mariana Vitti, customizing your loadout through multiple weapons and upgrades as you blast, parry and slice through waves of enemies. The game lets you engage foes on both foreground and background planes, use a Bullet Time mechanic to reflect projectiles back at attackers, and hop into vehicles to pursue targets.
Choose from different difficulty levels or test your mettle in a single-credit Arcade Mode. Team up locally with a friend for two-player co-op and deliver twice the firepower. Each mission ends with a distinctive boss encounter featuring varied attacks and multi-phase fights that challenge your skills.
