HEADACHE is a fast-paced, visually intense first-person shooter that pushes you to annihilate everyone in each level as quickly as possible using whatever you can find. The setting looks like an ordinary office but hides a violent gang stronghold - your objective is to fight through the building and take out the boss. Health pickups are rare for both you and your foes, so every action must count: precise reactions, movement and timing matter as much as firepower. Use firearms, brutal kicks, heavy stomps and environmental destruction to break skulls, batter enemies and tear through doors in a satisfying die-and-retry loop. The game rewards chaining kills into high combos and climbing the scoreboards, while a disorienting soundtrack and a riot of neon colors create a hallucinatory, adrenaline-fueled atmosphere.
