Llamasoft The Jeff Minter Story v1.2

Step into the eccentric world of Jeff Minter - the British programmer of the 80s and 90s known for his love of shooters, llamas, lasers and even sheep. This interactive documentary-style collection from Digital Eclipse tells his story through playable pieces of history, design notes and new video features that trace his journey from home computers to arcade-caliber creations.
The package brings together 42 classics spanning eight systems, from Jeff’s earliest efforts on the Sinclair ZX81 and Commodore VIC-20 through Spectrum, Commodore 64 and Atari 800 work, and into the 16-bit era with the Atari ST and Jaguar. Alongside familiar favorites like Gridrunner, Revenge of the Mutant Camels, Tempest 2000 and Llamatron are many lesser-known titles, restored with modern conveniences to make them easier and more fun to play.
Gridrunner receives a full remaster with refreshed visuals and sound while preserving the original Commodore 64 gameplay at its core. The collection also includes Jeff’s early "light synthesizers," Psychedelia and Colourspace, updated for controller use, plus the rare Konix Multi-System demo of Attack of the Mutant Camels.
Presented as part of Digital Eclipse’s Gold Master Series - which blends archival material with playable software and documentary content - this release celebrates the creative chaos and DIY spirit that defined an independent game designer’s career.
