Dynamic drug-induced hallucinations bend reality and change how you experience the game world.

To function and keep control of your character you’ll need to manage addiction cravings - intoxicants grant special effects but missing them brings withdrawal symptoms. Money is the key to staying supplied: collect bottles, beg, steal, cheat and hustle in any way you can to buy booze and drugs.

The map is split into rival factions, each ruled by a boss. Conquer territory by defeating faction leaders to gain respect and recruit their crews. Expect territory wars, hostile bosses, dirty weapons, and plenty of opportunistic theft and crafting as you survive the streets.
