The Preposterous Awesomeness of Everything v1.0.2

The Preposterous Awesomeness of Everything is an offbeat satirical adventure about a seemingly primitive community trying to cobble together a rocket made of glue and tape. You guide the Majority of People as they tumble from chaotic origins, through a grotesque and comically warped mock-democracy, and onward into the meaningless expanse of space. The tone is deliberately absurd, darkly funny and a bit uncomfortable by design.
Along the way you meet a cast of oddball personalities - the enigmatic Man with the Little Pencil, the unnecessary Man in the Wren Suit, and the flamboyant Helen - and solve a variety of puzzles that force tricky moral choices with potentially catastrophic outcomes. Gameplay uses a traditional verb-driven interface and the writing mixes satire, surreal jokes and occasional deliberate weirdness.
Features:
- Classic verb-based adventure interaction
- Quirky politically "correct" vocabulary (examples include "befuddle," "disrespect," and "pray-for")
- Distinct collage-style art with a raw, human feel
- A cameo appearance by Felix Kjellberg (PewDiePie)
- About 15,000 words of satirical content (roughly 3-4 hours)
- A silly gag about white blood cells
- Experimental electronic soundtrack
- An entirely irrelevant duck for good measure
