The story begins with a crime at the Opera City Museum, where Mr. X has stolen the Maze Stone, a powerful artifact that transforms everything around it into a labyrinth. Pierre must quickly embark on a journey that takes him from the museum to city streets, a sky castle, a haunted mansion, and more, to prevent the world from becoming a giant maze.

The game features vibrant worlds filled with life and detail, inspired by the best-selling children's book series Pierre the Maze Detective by IC4DESIGN.
