Nebelmer is an exploration-driven adventure set in a mysterious, mist-covered world. You play as Ixe, a curious boy from a remote mountain village hidden beneath a fog that, according to local lore, was conjured by an ancient being named Kamaska to keep the settlement safe. With help from the village’s wise Granny, Ixe sets out to uncover what lies beyond the haze.

Traversal is at the heart of the experience: you use a surfing/flying stick as your main tool, and the environment constantly changes how you move. Expect to be launched by geysers, ricochet off jellyfish, ride inside bubbles and discover other situational movement mechanics that reshape traversal as you progress.

The game features three distinct biomes, each with its own atmosphere and landmarks - a pastel forest of towering mushrooms, a frosty canyon lit by glowing anemones, and a waterfall region populated by floating jellyfish. Each area offers new surprises and a unique sense of wonder as you explore what hides under the mist.
