A dynamic Trust system tracks how townsfolk perceive you: offend them enough, and you’ll find yourself silenced by the gallows or a vengeful mob.

Before the main story begins, you build your avatar through an interactive, voiced backstory. Choose your gender, upbringing and early career-whether military officer, diplomat or scholar-and watch those choices open or close future dialogue and story paths.
