Heartworm is a psychological horror adventure that follows Sam, a young woman unable to move on from her grandfather’s death. Driven by grief, she stumbles into an obscure online forum that promises a way to reunite with the departed. Her search leads her to an isolated mountain house steeped in supernatural rumors-and Sam must brave its eerie halls if she hopes to contact the other side.
