About the Game
In the secluded realm of Gensokyo-where humans and youkai coexist-shrine maiden Reimu Hakurei spots enormous pillars rising across the land. These mysterious monuments herald the start of the Spell Carnival, a high-stakes festival orchestrated by the enigmatic youkai Yukari Yakumo in which combatants wager their Spell Cards. Determined to learn why Yukari has sprung this contest on Gensokyo without warning, Reimu enters the fray and stakes her own cards to uncover the truth.
