After any visual tuning modification has been applied, vehicles can only be repainted at the Tuning Station. Fixed an incorrect model used for a dashboard gadget. Fixed decoration items not behaving correctly after replacing the TV cabinet in the player's room. Fixed the display of Sam's message regarding the new Fame Point progression system for players who did not receive it during quests because they had already progressed to later quest stages when the feature was added.
