Windscape is a first-person exploration adventure set in a vibrant skybound realm of floating islands. You take on the role of Ida, a young girl from a peaceful farm village, who soon discovers that her world is unraveling—landmasses are crumbling and plummeting from the heavens. Guided by a love of classic action-adventure games and a passion for modern crafting mechanics, Windscape sends you on a non-linear journey to uncover the dark force threatening the islands and restore balance to the skies.

As you venture from one island to the next, you’ll collect wood, stone, ores and magical components that let you build a wide variety of tools and gear. At specialized crafting stations scattered across the islands you can:
• Cook nourishing or tasty meals to restore health and stamina
• Forge swords, shields and other weapons to defend against monsters
• Brew potions and mix arcane ingredients for powerful spells
• Smelt raw metals into new shapes for advanced gear

Peaceful villagers and friendly NPCs inhabit the island surfaces, but danger lurks both above ground and within hidden dungeons. Each dungeon has its own puzzles, traps and enemies—from swarms of rat-like creatures in an abandoned copper mine to imposing dragon bosses guarding precious loot. Tactical combat, environmental puzzles and memorable set pieces are woven together to give every dungeon its own unique flavor.

Rather than relying on procedurally generated terrain, Windscape’s world is lovingly handcrafted so you’ll discover distinct biomes, charming hamlets and atmospheric landmarks that feel alive and worth remembering. Early Access allows you to help shape the final game—vote on new maps, share your feedback and grow with a community that’s building this adventure together.
