Moonstone Island is an open-world creature-collecting life simulator with a unique card-battling system. You take on the role of an Alchemy apprentice who leaves your home village to settle on one of 100 floating islands. Along the way you’ll:

- Explore procedurally generated islands full of ancient temples, perilous dungeons and mysterious biomes, using balloons, brooms and gliders to travel.
- Befriend and tame over 70 wild Spirits, then put them to the test in strategic, card-based encounters as you hone your Alchemy skills.
- Grow crops and flowers, brew potions and cook meals that boost your stats and help capture tougher Spirits.
- Build and personalize your home with more than 300 decorative items-plus new furniture and decorations added regularly.
- Make friends with island NPCs, attend local events, go on dates, fall in love and even get married.
- Delve into special challenges like the Infinidungeon for endless battles, rare loot and ongoing rewards.
- Unlock new character upgrades, craft vehicles and gear to survive the most dangerous reaches of the sky.

Since its initial release in September 2023, Moonstone Island has expanded with cooking mechanics, 41 new battle cards, over 50 free decorative items, marriage options, the Infinidungeon mode and countless quality-of-life improvements. More updates are planned through 2024 and 2025, ensuring fresh content for players.
