Cultist Simulator Build 18532705

Cultist Simulator is a dark, card-based roguelike from Alexis Kennedy (creator of Fallen London and Sunless Sea). Set in a 1920s-tinged world of hidden gods and secret histories, it casts you as a seeker of unholy mysteries. Whether you hunger for power, beauty, revenge, or simply the colours beneath reality’s skin, each choice you make shapes both the story and your fate—and the world itself may never be the same.

Gameplay revolves around combining and managing cards that represent skills, passions, followers, rituals and more. You’ll build a cult devoted to strange deities—perhaps the Red Grail, the Witch-and-Sister or the Forge of Days—recruiting and promoting believers into disciples. These disciples can act as burglars, researchers, or worse: sacrifices to sate your ever-twisting appetites. Along the way, you’ll translate forbidden grimoires, pillage eldritch sites, and brave realms beyond sanity in a quest for transcendent power.
But rivals, investigators and increasingly suspicious authorities stand in your path. Every ritual risks drawing unwanted attention, and your own altered instincts may drive you to abominable acts. Fail or die—and you’ll trigger a story-driven legacy system that hands your work to an heir. Will they complete the Crucible Soul or bring about a new dawn, or will they perish in curiosity’s shadow?
Replayability is immense. With 20–40 hours of content per run and countless card combinations, no two playthroughs unfold the same way. As you learn new rituals, expand your cult and deepen your understanding of the Mansus, the game continuously renews its mysteries and possibilities.
