Neckbreak throws you into a grim cyber-punk future where corporate power and mandatory medication define everyday life—and where reality can shatter with a single pill. You play as an unremarkable middle-class office drone who, by night, becomes a self-styled dealer of justice. Crimson Tide, the first mega-city on the EU–Novorussian border, promises harmony but hides a corrupt system that uses economics instead of politics to control its citizens. As you navigate this world, your choices, your mental state and even the drugs you take will shape each encounter and lead you toward one of a dozen possible endings.

Story and Setting
You begin in your high-rise apartment, ready for another routine day, only to find yourself drawn into a deadly underworld. Between your day job, your girlfriend Olga and your self-imposed vigilante crusade, you’ll push your mind—and your city—to the brink. The narrative evolves non-linearly: missions branch, scenes shift, and hidden routes appear based on the pills you swallow, the interactions you choose and the fragile edge of your sanity.

Gameplay
Neckbreak isn’t a throwback boomer shooter. Combat is semi-tactical, at breakneck speed, merging reflexes, environmental awareness and super-powered moves. Every fight feels like a puzzle: one wrong step means instant death. There’s no health regen, no medkits—your survival depends on mastering your unique toolkit of perks and quirks.
