Monolith is a thrilling point-and-click adventure set on a desolate, alien planet where survival becomes a desperate challenge. You play as Tessa, a space explorer in service to the Intergalactic Mining Corporation, who finds herself stranded after a catastrophic crash. With little memory of her mission’s original goal, Tessa must depend on her wits and the support of her small analysis robot, C.O.R.E., to navigate a world filled with mystery and danger.

The journey begins as Tessa confronts her bleak reality: a broken ship that offers little shelter and an overwhelming sense of isolation. Despite her efforts to signal for help, the planet remains seemingly abandoned—until she stumbles upon an old mining station, a remnant from her employer’s past operations. As she explores the decrepit facility, a feeling of unease grows, hinting that the station’s abandonment may mask hidden secrets and a disturbed past.

Monolith offers a traditional adventure experience enriched with hand-drawn locations teeming with atmosphere and detail. Players interact with the environment using the mouse, examining every corner to gather clues, piece together the story, and reveal the intricate connections within the world. Ingenuity is key, as solving puzzles often requires combining items and operating machinery to progress through Tessa’s struggle for survival.

The game boasts fully voiced dialogue in both English and German, three-dimensional characters enhanced with motion capture animations, and an engaging narrative that unfolds over 7 to 9 hours of immersive gameplay.
