Axon TD: Uprising flips the usual tower-defense script - you don't just plop turrets and pray, you actually rework the battlefield. Think of the map like a sandbox: slap down tiles to stretch the maze, bridge out to islands for extra real estate, even drop new exit points to mess with enemy routing. It's maze-making on steroids, and your brush is the main weapon.

There's a full campaign where you play a downed contractor stuck on a hostile planet swarmed by robotic Axons. Build towers, climb a tech tree, face nasty bosses, and maybe dig up why the war's going down. If you're into high-octane runs, the roguelite Survival mode throws you into randomized maps, techs, and towers with fast progression - survive long enough and you'll be climbing the global leaderboard.

Bring friends or go solo: online co-op supports up to four players, with maps tuned for teams of 2-4 (campaign and survival both support 2p). If you want to mess with the rules, the map editor hands you the same tools the devs use - create wild singleplayer or co-op maps and drop them on the Workshop.

Towers, enemies, and toys? Tons. Dozens of towers with branching upgrades, castable abilities, traps, and a lineup of sneaky Axons that sprint corners, teleport buddies forward, and generally try to wreck your day.
