In the Story Campaign, you take control of the antiheroes of the Madness universe as you embark on a wild journey filled with dangerous missions. Whether you’re playing solo or teaming up with up to three friends locally using Xbox-compatible controllers, you’ll infiltrate heavily guarded facilities, navigate labyrinthine tunnels teeming with cultists, fend off dynamite-wielding cannibal bandits, and even dodge massive, armor-plated foes known as Mag Agents. Over 8 hours of gripping narrative-driven action await as you peel back the layers of the sinister secrets behind Project Nexus.

If you’re looking for endless challenges, the Arena Combat mode is calling your name. In this mode, you build your custom warrior from the ground up—specializing skills, crafting unique weapons, and outfitting the latest tech to prepare for wave after wave of relentless enemies. From bizarre game show arenas to haunted houses and even high-speed trains, this mode offers over 8 hours of varied and challenging combat, with additional opportunities in New Game Plus to further test your mettle.

For those who like to experiment and play god, The Playground mode lets you orchestrate carnage in a secure combat environment. Here you can pit squads of enemies against each other, equip them with a variety of weapons, or simply jump into the fray and demonstrate who’s really in charge.
