Using retro, 90’s-style technology, you delve into an extensive catalogue of home safety information, learning about all sorts of creepy infestations and dangerous anomalies. Your job is to interpret the clues in each call and determine exactly what threat might be hiding within the caller’s walls—any mistake could have dire consequences.

The game creates a unique atmosphere enhanced by original jazzy lo-fi tracks composed by David Johnsen, which play as you navigate the complexities of your role, including placing callers on hold and researching safety protocols. For those sensitive to frightening imagery, the “Phobia Toggles” feature allows you to disable visuals that might trigger fears, such as arachnophobia, making the experience more accessible.
