Ballex²: The Hanging Gardens is a physics-driven indie puzzle game where high-altitude rolling meets tactical problem solving. Take control of nine distinct spheres-each with unique physical properties (for example: wood, stone, paper, balloon, sponge, and sticky)-and use their differences to trigger mechanisms, overcome obstacles, and solve increasingly demanding puzzles in breathtaking aerial environments.

Explore 40 handcrafted stages-20 mainline levels set among the fantastical hanging gardens and 20 side levels that push your skills and logic even further. There is no jump button: every acceleration, turn, and fall is a test of your mastery of gravity and inertia.

Choose the control style that fits your playstyle:
- Classic Four-Directional View: arrow keys to roll, A/D to rotate the camera, and Space to switch to a top-down view for precise movement.
- Free View Mode: WASD to move, mouse to aim the camera, and Space to lock the camera to 45-degree increments for a more immersive experience.

The game supports the Steam Workshop and includes a free Level Editor DLC. Build custom maps using built-in assets or import your own models, textures, and audio, script mechanisms and gameplay with jаvascript, and publish your creations for others to play.
