Used Cars Simulator Build 20468039 - early access

Used Cars Simulator is a quirky, low-budget sandbox about buying, fixing and flipping cars - legal or not. The game drops you into a shabby garage and an abandoned city with almost nothing but a wrench, a metal detector and a taste for risk. Your journey kicks off in true trashy-romance style (yes, a mysterious woman in a red dress appears at the bar) and quickly becomes about one thing: turning junk into profit.

Gameplay centers on hunting for bargains, inspecting condition, negotiating prices and deciding whether a purchase is worth the gamble. Once you’ve bought a car you get hands-on with repairs: straighten dents, order and install missing parts, wash and repaint, and generally make the vehicle sellable. The satisfaction of taking a run-down heap and making it something you’d want to own is the core loop, and it’s supported by simple physics and a sandbox that lets you test your handiwork with drifting and jumps.

The game leans into a morally gray tone - many ways to obtain cars that may or may not be entirely legal, plus police interactions that add tension to the trade. Outside the garage there’s room to explore: an abandoned city, desert stretches (metal detecting optional), and leaderboards to compare your driving stunts with other players. There are also story elements and quests to give direction to the trading grind, and an economy/upgrade system to expand your operation beyond the old shed.

What I liked:
- Clear, satisfying flip loop: buy cheap, repair, resell.
- Hands-on repair and customization (dents, parts, paint, cleaning).
- Sandbox driving with drift/jump challenges and leaderboards.
- A gritty, humorous tone - shady deals, beer, and a sense of small-time ambition.
- Exploration and light quest/story elements to break up the trading.

What could be improved or that you should expect:
- The premise is deliberately rough-around-the-edges, so don’t expect a polished AAA simulation; it’s built around the atmosphere and mechanics of flipping cars.
- The "illegal activities" angle implies risk and police chases, which may not be for players who want only straightforward, law-abiding gameplay.

Who it’s for:
- Fans of car-focused sandboxes and light sims who enjoy a mix of repair mechanics, trading/economy gameplay and casual driving challenges.
- Players who like low-key open worlds with a shady vibe and don’t mind a game that leans into quirky, offbeat storytelling.

Overall, Used Cars Simulator offers a fun, slightly mischievous take on the car-flipping genre. If you like hunting for good deals, getting your hands dirty fixing things up, and then showing off your handiwork in the dirt-strewn playground of an abandoned city, this one’s worth a look - especially if you enjoy the idea of running a small, possibly illegal, car business from an old shed.
