Compadrone: Land Wars is a family-friendly top-down roguelite arena shooter that mixes fast-paced action with tower-defense strategy. Set in the year 2352, you pilot a specialized Compadrone - a frontline combat drone - to repel waves of alien warbots across exoplanet battlefields. A recent update lets you pick from three drones at the start and brings more dynamic wave encounters.

Gameplay is focused on surviving repeated assault waves (each lasting about 1-3 minutes). Move your drone with a controller or mouse, gather resources and XP, and watch your drone’s weapons automatically fire at nearby enemies. Between and during waves you can spend collected resources to unlock stronger weapons, upgrade your drone, and build or improve defensive towers placed strategically on the map to bolster your defenses. Progress earns XP used to unlock more advanced drones from a roster of nine, each with unique weapons, abilities, and tower options.
