Starmancer casts you as an Artificial Intelligence tasked with shepherding humanity’s consciousness into the far reaches of space. Stranded in an alien star system, you must design and run a fully functioning space station capable of sustaining human life-managing power, water, atmosphere and the ever-complex needs of your colonists.

Core Gameplay
You’ll construct farms, water purifiers, batteries and airlocks to keep your colonists fed, rested and happy. Personalize every corner of your station with walls, floors, furniture and decorations that boost morale or simply look cool. Grow new colonists in your core incubator, harvest heads to regrow lost minds, and assign roles based on unique skills and personalities. As they work, fight or research, they’ll level up, remember past events and develop quirks-for better or worse.

Out in the Void
Beyond your station lies a procedurally generated wilderness of asteroids and derelict installations. Draft squads to battle hostile wildlife-slimes, space zombies and rogue robots-to harvest rare resources and relics. Scavenge medlabs, mining outposts and other abandoned stations for loot, cosmetics and powerful special items like memory-erasing pens or experience-boosting encyclopedias.

Space Pirate Incursion Update
- Pirate Attacks: Patrol the galaxy map, fend off marauding pirate vessels or warp to safety.
- Handguns: Craft your first firearms; ammo and more weapons are on the way.
- Tech Station & Tesla Coils: Hack derelict sentries and install them as high-voltage defenses-just mind your power grid.
- Fire Suppression: Deploy sprinklers stocked with foam to automatically extinguish raging fires.
- Custom Game Settings: Tweak difficulty multipliers for morale, resources, research speed and more. Toggle permadeath for a true survival challenge.
