The dungeons in Monster Girl Manager are designed in a Mystery Dungeon style, where you navigate through multiple floors filled with traps and enemies. As you progress, you must manage the health and energy of your team while collecting artifacts that enhance their abilities in combat.

Players have the option to customize the game by uploading their own sprites, dialogue, color palettes, and dungeon layouts. This customization does not require any coding skills; you simply edit the provided text files and restart the game. The game supports easy-to-edit PNG and text files and includes readme files to help with file modifications.
