Creature Keeper is an action-packed RPG that lets you forge bonds with a diverse roster of unique creatures and bring them into real-time battles by your side. Recruit and train up to five companions, then mix and match their abilities to tackle every combat scenario the world of Thera can throw at you.
Give your creatures distinctive playstyles by slinging skill gems, choosing powerful perks and arming them with an array of weapons. Top off their looks-and stats-with collectible hats and cosmetic trinkets that let you build a team as stylish as it is formidable.
Beyond the battlefield, dive into your Pocket Garden mini-game to cultivate plants and brew special foods that create Connection Bonuses, boosting your party’s performance. Track down all fifty remarkable creatures in your Bestiary to unlock game-changing buffs and rare items.
Finally, set off on an epic journey across Thera’s lush landscapes, hidden ruins and mysterious dungeons. With each new ally you befriend and every secret you uncover, your legend as a Creature Keeper grows ever greater.
Beta Test Branch is Available!
Hello Creature Keepers! First off, thank you all for your continued support since Creature Keeper's release! I feel joyful in seeing how you all connect with CK, whether it's through bringing a tear to your eye from the story, or through the excitement of putting a silly hat on your favorite creature. I've been thinking about how to create more opportunities for that connection, and one way is to introduce a public beta-branch here on steam, in addition to a dedicated channel for it in the Creature Keeper Discord! The purpose of this is to give me a low-stakes environment where I can upload a version of Creature Keeper which is open to be influenced by your feedback! The Test Branch and channel in discord are ready right now, here's a quick guide to opting in to check it out. While I encourage everyone to use their preferred channels to share your thoughts, the overall conversation will be held in the discord channel associated with it: discord.gg/hf9UZsQ Instructions for accessing the beta build for Creature Keeper 1.)
