Outworld Station throws you into the heart of the TAU System as its newly appointed Station Commander. Your goal is to build a sprawling, planet-wide industrial network in orbit, tapping into every available resource to fuel an interstellar manufacturing powerhouse.

First, you’ll erect factories, deploy robotic freighters and even carve wormhole passages to move goods at light-year distances. Antimatter reactors, cloud-mining platforms and orbital refineries become the backbone of your operation, turning raw asteroids and atmospheric vapors into refined metals, high-tech components and powerful new alloys.

As your enterprise grows, you’ll design and launch starships to carry out critical missions. Early on you’ll assemble simple cargo vessels, but soon you’ll be unlocking advanced blueprints for both civilian transports and heavily armed military frigates-each demanding different layouts, materials and protections to survive hostile regions.

Expansion means founding additional orbital stations around multiple planets and moons. Link them with stable wormhole networks to balance supply and demand across your empire. But be ready for competition: alien factions lurking in the system will test your defenses, forcing you to build turrets, shields and deploy drone squadrons to guard your off-world outposts.

Throughout your journey, mysterious alien artifacts drift through space. Recovering these relics grants powerful upgrades-boosting your station’s output, reinforcing hull integrity or equipping your personal drone with faster engines, advanced weaponry and stronger shields to face ever-greater threats.

Finally, everything’s better with allies. In online co-op mode, up to four commanders can pool resources, share task lists and divide responsibilities-some focusing on mining operations, others on ship construction or base defense-to turn your combined ambitions into the most efficient industrial complex the galaxy has ever seen.
