As Head of the Police Department, you’ll dispatch patrol cars, K-9 units, traffic divisions or even SWAT teams to handle drug busts, riots or high-risk kidnappings. Process evidence, interrogate suspects and balance “paperwork” back at headquarters to unlock funding for large-scale operations—from mafia trials to crowd control at major sporting events.

Managing the Fire Brigade means keeping crews ready for anything from apartment fires to chemical hazards. Recruit rookie firefighters and develop their talents—breathing apparatus experts, hazmat specialists, high-angle rescue teams—and equip them with everything from foam tanks to cutting-edge thermal cameras. Plan shifts around day/night cycles to ensure the right people are on call when disasters strike.

Overseeing Ambulance Services challenges you to save lives in the medical bay. Expand your clinic with radiology labs, 3D-printing prosthetics or decontamination units. Stock up on crash carts, defibrillators and contamination suits, and treat patients swiftly to secure insurance payouts—and keep morale high among your paramedics.

Every decision matters: allocate scarce resources, negotiate trade-offs between departments and prepare for waves of emergencies announced on your HQ timeline.
