Shrot is a compact, retro-style action RTS game set on a desert planet featuring horses, tractors, and a techno soundtrack. It takes inspiration from Paranoia, a Czech remake of Dune 2, which was the third real-time strategy game ever made and was released exclusively in the Czech Republic in 1995. Shrot updates the classic formula by incorporating modern elements and focusing on a faster, more action-oriented experience.

The game is set on the newly discovered planet Scheeza, known for its abundant wild-growing hops that attract traders from across the galaxy. Three rival clans, driven by a thirst for power, battle to control this cosmic treasure, igniting a war on the planet. However, unbeknownst to them, Scheeza harbors another secret hidden in the vastness of space.

Players can choose from three different stellar clans, each distinguished by its own color. The game features randomly generated battles, ensuring a unique experience every time. Players will engage in base building, hops mining, and large-scale battles that can last for hours, involving hundreds of units and resulting in thousands of casualties. The game also includes voice acting by Viktorie and a techno soundtrack that perfectly complements the gameplay.
