Rack and Slay is a pure-fun roguelike dungeon crawler with a twist: you play as a billiard ball navigating randomly generated dungeon levels. In this game, physics-based billiards combat meets classic dungeon exploration. As you make your way through each level, you face dangerous monster balls, tricky traps, and obstacles, all while collecting a variety of power-ups and items.

Between levels, you draft from a wide assortment of over 100 items. Every item carries unique, stackable effects that let you experiment with powerful combinations, build synergies, and refine your playstyle. The diverse item system ensures that no two runs feel the same.

The challenge ramps up through 20 levels of escalating difficulty, each introducing new modifiers to keep the gameplay fresh and demanding. Whether you choose the full dungeon crawl that lasts about 20–30 minutes, the condensed Delve Mode with extra loot for a quicker run, or even a single-level raid for a short burst of action, you’re in for a uniquely tailored experience each time you play.

For those who can’t get enough, there’s also an Endless Mode to push your build to its limits and daily runs that throw a new set of gauntlet modifiers your way every day. Your progress is meticulously tracked, with difficulty-specific badges awarded for winning runs with different items. Collect them all to complete your item compendium.

Designed by an indie team of two, Rack and Slay features simple, pick-up-and-play controls for both mouse and controller, allowing you to aim and shoot within seconds. The blend of billiards mechanics with roguelike elements offers a fresh, engaging challenge for casual players and arcade enthusiasts alike.
