Greetings, fellow leaders! We bring excellent news - we have just released the second of our planned Early Access Content Updates, dubbed "The Changing World.” As the name implies, it puts into your hands many tools and features allowing you to leave a mark on the Earth and other planets of our Solar system. For example, you will be able to liberate states, change the names of provinces and countries, move your capital and more! You will also be able to tackle the challenges posed by the ever-changing world by using new tools, such as enacting Martial Law for an immediate boost to your countries stability and lowered dissent among population, and the ability to bypass the parliament when setting up projects and actions, but your relations with other nations will suffer and the dissatisfaction of your population will grow for as long as martial law is in effect. You will also be able to use your influence to help (or harm) the new Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO's), which can provide useful bonuses, but also penalties, if their views are not aligned with your doctrines. As with most updates, we highly recommend starting a new campaign to enjoy the full range of new features, fixes and improvements, the list of which is available below.
