Final Update News

Hi everyone! I know this might come as a surprise to many of you. However, some of you are already aware of the numerous issues I've encountered with Construct 3 (the game engine BioGun is made on) in the past, and unfortunately, they have continued to escalate at a rapid pace. Update 1.7.0.0 will be the final update for BioGun until further notice. Over the past few weeks, it has become increasingly clear that despite my best efforts, Construct 3 is unable to meet our development demands, to the point where I am unable to test bug fixes or add content. These setbacks have massively effected productivity. This update has been completed for the last several days but due to being unable to export successfully because of constant crashes I am now just getting to push it. As you can imagine, this strain prevents us from moving forward with the new content we had in mind until this is resolved by the engine creators. For the health of our team and the future of our games, we need to step back from the originally planned alternate ending DLC for the time being and pivot. Does that mean this is the end for BioGun? Absolutely NOT!!!! We're still committed to pushing forward with the Kickstarter campaign for the console port and are actively exploring other ways to navigate forward. Our future projects (besides the Kickstarter) aren't fully finalized yet, but we promise to keep you informed every step of the way.
