Heat or Die is a tense, short-form survival horror set in a vast, freezing forest. You play a lost survivor guided only by your partner’s flares while a dangerous Wendigo prowls the woods. The core loop is simple but unforgiving: keep your torch lit, scavenge matches to relight campfires, and use campfires to restore warmth and relight your torch. When the torch goes out you must stay quiet - the Wendigo hunts by sound - and the cold itself is lethal. There are no save points, so every decision feels high-stakes and final.
