Star Fleet II: Krellan Commander is a deep, old-school space war simulation that puts you in command of a Krellan battlecruiser and, as you advance, entire fleets and planetary invasion forces. Each mission is a randomly generated galactic-war sandbox: you receive objectives but decide how to meet them. Fight, board, and capture enemy ships; send landing parties or full invasion legions to conquer planets; bombard from orbit while watching out for planetary defenses; or explore ruins for alien artifacts. The game switches into a full, real-time planetary invasion mode whenever you attack a world, letting you control invasion zones or personally direct units on detailed planetary maps.
