Re:DESTINY takes you into a fantastical version of Heian-period Japan, where ancient magic and myth collide. You play as a wandering Onmyoji whose life was cut short by a tragic accident—only to be reborn, possessed by the Vermillion Bird, a legendary guardian spirit. Waking amid charred corpses and smoldering ruins, you quickly cross paths with two mysterious allies: Himiko, a mischievous tengu searching for her missing master, and Lady Toko, the reluctant vessel entrusted with sealing away Orochi, the monstrous Serpent Demon. United by fate, the three of you embark on a perilous quest to reunite Himiko with her mentor Yasuna and unravel the dark forces tearing the land apart.
