Discounty is a narrative-driven management sim that turns grocery shopping into a quirky, character-led experience. Over a 15-20 hour single-player campaign you inherit (and try to grow) the only supermarket in the run-down harbour town of Blomkest, following your secretive aunt’s invitation. The game mixes shopkeeping mechanics-shelf layout, stock management, working the checkout-with small-town drama, exploration, and relationship-building. As you tidy aisles, negotiate trade deals and tailor your store’s look, you’ll also explore the town after hours, learn the townsfolk’s stories and decide whether to chase profits or try to help the community.
