My Summer Car - это a brutal, highly detailed car-owning, building, fixing, tuning and permadeath life-survival simulator set in the Finnish countryside of the 1990s. You begin with hundreds of loose parts and must assemble both the car and its engine by hand. Alongside vehicle maintenance you also have to look after yourself - food, beer and sleep matter. If you succeed, you'll have a working car to use for summer activities (often involving alcohol-fueled stupidity), earn money from random jobs, and order upgrades by snail mail to transform your vehicle into a bass-blasting party car, a rally beast, or a perfectly restored factory example. The car must also pass inspection or you risk trouble with the police.
